What is this Chrome malware and how do I get rid of it?
There is some sort of advertisement malware on my Google Chrome. I have had this problem in the past, but such items were removed by me. This one appears in my extensions as "RemoveAdsTubee". The box to enable/disable it is faded, and the button to delete it is gone. I went to "Uninstall a program", found it, and got rid of it, but its effects still persists.
My Google Chrome has been noticeably slower, and I think this may be the cause. As you can see, I have Adblock, but white/blank ads appear at the top of most pages I have visited. When I do a Google search, an orange box labeled "Enhanced results" appears under the search bar, which shows a few bullsh*t ads. Blank advertisements have even interrupted Youtube videos. Every ad is labeled "Ads by none".
As mentioned before, I have similar malware on Chrome before-- each of which, including this one, were not installed with my knowledge or permission. What is this and how do I get rid of it once and for all?
I apologize for the length. Thank you in advance for your answers.

I have also learned that this malware is called "None Extension", but I haven't been able to find any further information on it.
It is part of "browsetosave.info".
