I'm attracted to him but how can I make it lead to more?

To begin with I'm a senior in high a school and still haven't had my first kiss so I don't have a lot if experience with what to do.

Soo the asb president and hottest guy at my school is in a couple of my classes. I had never talked to him before this year but we sat next to each other the first few weeks in one class. We talked a few times and became friends on Facebook. We didn't associate after that but we both play bball so he'd go to my games (not for me but cuz he's a school spirit kinda guy) and would say hi to me. We've also talked a few times in the trainers room.

So we have things to talk about but he's part of the popular group at school and I'm friends with all them but don't hangout with them. I messaged him on fb a few days ago but he takes a long time to reply so the conversation hasn't been very exciting. I wanna text him but I don't have his number and i don't know how to get it.

I don't really have a specific question but I need advice on what to do? How can i get to know him better?

There's a party next weekend that we were both invited to so could i do anything with that? It would be my first party party and he's been to a bunch

Be your self that's a number 1. 2-be true, don't act like something your not. That's a turn off for some guys or most guys. And if you like him, don't play all these mind games. Be a big girl and tell him how you feel. I love a true girl, that is some what up front but not too much. If you want an interesting way to get his number, ask to take a selfie with him at a game or in class and proceed to send it to him and then be like what's your number again? Say again tho. Or just be like hey we should hang out some time. And give him your number. But don't go for him if your not serious about him. Meaning don't mislead him with your feelings if you just like him if he's quote "hot".
