people can't see your facebook page on call of duty , all your doing is enabling you games trophies and stats to be posted on your facebook page , you still have to tell people your facebook page name and either have it public ot add them as friends for any one to see your page - they actually have to use a computer and go to your facebook page to see anything on it

basically it's the same as when you enable facebook in your ps3 privacy settings ( under the account management tab ) , that would update your facebook page and show your psn trophies , it updates on facebook the same time as you sync trophies on your psn account
