Is it weak to DM her?

Ok so there's this girl at my school who's a junior (I'm a senior) who I've got a crush on. Few months back in October she followed me out of the blue. We've never really talked before but I favorited a tweet she did that were reasons for why she was single. It was one of the picture ones and I thought it was relatable to me. I followed her back pretty quick and pretty much since then she's favorited a lot of my tweets. She's really cute and In one if my classes. We've never had an actual convo but we make eye contact a lot. So last week I kinda got fed up with not saying anything so I over course subtweeted about it. I said "I wish you knew how much I want to talk to you. #toshy" she was the only person to favorite it. This was like two weeks ago. But this past like ten days she just stopped doing it. I'm to shy to talk to her in public. I don't want to lose something if there's anything there. Will it weird her out if I DM her on twitter? I want to but I'm nervous about it. Help!

I don't know what a DM on twitter but i can confidently tell you that it won't be near as good as actually talking to her. It's always hard to start talking to a girl you want but you'll just have to take a chance and go for it otherwise she will lose interest.
