Being hacked on Instagram, help?

I've had my ig for a while and I am gaining followers each day. I woke up this morning and had a few notifications from ig and I tried to go to the app. When I tapped on the app it made me login. When I entered my password it read "For security reasons, your password had been changed. To reset your passworf , please click 'forgot password' and follow the steps for changing your password. When I did that it said it sent an e-mail, but I never got it, I know it's the right e-mail, but I never got it. I'd there a force way for me to contact Instagram for help?
