Tumblr security notice and cannot reset password?

So for a couple of weeks tumblr has shown me this message when i try to login:

Security warning
We've detected suspicious behavior on your account.

To ensure your account stays safe, never enter your password on any site other than http://www.tumblr.com

Please reset your password before proceeding.

I enter my email, check inbox and spam but nothing (have tried this about 10 times in the last couple of weeks)

I have also emptied my cache etc but still nothing
I have also added noreply@tumblr to my contacts on email like they said to do but nothing has happened

I have sent a message to tumblr detailing all this including everything they said to include

On my phone I logged out to see if that would help but it didnt so i logged back in and I can still access it on there.

Please help me, I just want to go on tumblr, thanks!

It means your tumblr activity has violated their Guidelines/Copyright rules.
They have also probably blocked your IP address. That's why you can't sign in.

Leave it for some days & try signing back in.
