Customizing facebook?

A while back my buddy showed me how to customize your Facebook page through a third party site not only just like designs and backgrounds but you could get rid of certain things that you would see on normal Facebook (for example you could make it so you can't see the trending section) does anyone know of any site where i can do that kind of stuff.

You Can Not Customize your Facebook All That Stuff That you May See in Ads And Sites Are Fake And Even if it Does Work on your End it Would Not Apply Site Wide if Someone Else Viewed your Profile They Would Not Be Able to See it
