A Virtual Internet Connection?
I may be moving soon and I won't have internet connection anymore. I want to keep working on my minecraft bukkit server though and I fear I won't be able to without it. What I need to know is if there is a way I can set up a "Virtual Connection" with a program or something. Someway to trick my computer into thinking that there is a net connection and will allow me to run my hamachi through it even though it doesn't actually go anywhere. I know there are ways to run a virtual machine on a computer, so surely there is a way to do this. Help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Assuming you are hosting from your own machine, I am pretty sure you can use 'localhost' as the ip instead of using hamachi. Just make sure you take out the ip from the properties folder. If this does not work, I guess you will just have to play it in vanilla singleplayer, or get an internet connection.
