How do I make a Facebook page?

Its just an idea I've had for awhile. I want to make a page that's all about posting pictures that make people smile or at least brightens their day. I was a huge fan of a page like that, but..They started posting all this conspiracy stuff and stuff about Christianity..And it was turning a lot of people off.

Me? I just want to be neutral about those kind of things. I just wanna know the rules and all. I mean..Can I post the images from Google Images? Do I have to commit myself to this page like..EVERY. SINGLE. DAY? I plan on posting frequently since I have no life, but..I'm not gonna be all obsessive about it.

To create a Page:

Go to facebook.com/pages/create
Click a Page category
Select a more specific category from the dropdown menu and fill out the required information
Click to check the box next to I agree to Facebook Pages Terms
Click Get Started
Just be sure to follow Facebook’s current guidelines related to cover photos, which you can find in Facebook Page Help.
You may post any images, as your wish....

Give it a Name

Check off that you Agree to the Terms of Service

Create Facebook is very simple; when we saw the home page https://www.facebook.com/pages/create/ uses the mention links it will bring you in the same stage for create a page. But the above one is the short cut.

To be very honest if you want to create a page you need likes, posts and share from different personal accounts otherwise you can't make popular your page.
