google chrome isn't working?

My google chrome just stopped working on my laptop. I tried using firefox and the same thing happened...i have internet access hence why I am on here...this is what google chrome is tellign me

I tried adding it to the permitted program section of my firewall but it didn't work. Any suggestions?
