LAPTOP KEYBOARD AND MOUSEPAD OCCASIONALLY STOPS WORKING! HELP!?

Hello, over the past few days I've been having a problem with my keyboard and mousepad, they randomly stop working. I could just be playing a game and the keyboard stops working completely, as does the mousepad, restarting my laptop fixes the problem, but a while after restarting it, it stops working again. Its a huge pain, when it comes to playing games, and doing a lot of typing, please help! i don't want to have to call customer support if necessary so please leave helpful tips.

It could simply be lags in your internet connection, happens all the time, making everything pause. Or your game may be moving faster than your memory can keep up with.
