Why do people have to be so rude?

I'm not understanding why people have to be so rude! I didn't know I screwed up in my question so much! I was typing too fast. If you don't like my question or don't understand it then why bother even commnting on it! It was a facebook question. Not everyone likes facebook, but some people do.. I'm talking about those like pages that people create! I like commenting on them, but since I've shared pages it won't let me.
