Is there a social website or blog where I can find more music enthusiasts like me?

I've been learning music from past 8 years(flute and guitar are my instruments). But since I don't really have any fellow students with me, I was wondering if there's any website or blog etc, where I can connect with more learners like me, and maybe we can learn and share our experiences and techniques with each other, through skype.

I know there's FB and G+, but that's not what there are specifically made for. Thanks.

You can create your own channel at Youtube and post some og your videos playing the guitar. Eventually, you will gain more subscribers even fans which allows you to create your own groups and possible create your own website.

There a a great many guitar forums. I don't know anything about the flute, but I suspect there are flute forums also. Most guitar forums are based around either 1) the type of music or 2) the type of guitar. For instance, the are forums for Stratocaster players and forums for Les Paul players. If by type of music, you can find metal guitar forums or surf guitar forums. Most forums are a good resource for information about gear and playing. They are also a good way to interact with players of similar interests.

You should be able to find some forums by doing a Google search.
