Save Instagram Photos?

Are you able to save someone elses photos from Instagram (via ipod or iphone) ? Like a quote or something they blogged?
Does not have the option to tweet a post made by someone else on ipod touch.

Here's how I see to do it. On the photos' page go to the "..." symbol. Hit tweet. Go to the Tweet on Twitter and do a double click/tap on the image and select save. You can also just take a screenshot of it by hitting the home and lock buttons at the same time and then cropping it but it will be at a highly reduced resolution (lower Quality).
