Animal Reincarnation?!!!?

I need only the ones who believe in reincarnation to give me some advice or opinion!

My dog passed at 3 yrs young after getting hit by a car. I was sooo lost in tears,why and what I would of done different. After we found his body we sat around the living room devastated... We then hear his one last scratch on the door. Not sure if it was a "im here still" or a goodbye. Either way it didnt make the situation any better. Two weeks later I wanted to go to a humane society just to look and didnt like the thought of getting a dog until this day. Tooo soon for me. I then see a 3 month old puppy that looked exactly the same and had to have her. Different things came up like other people was trying to adopt her but I ended up with her. I see so many things she does thats like my other one. Still im not sure but the feeling of him being gone went away after I brought her home. I havent cried since and just feel like hes here. I have searched the internet and been to so many sites to find the walk-in soul. Has anyone had their animal back as a walk-in??? How do you really know?

Yes reincarnation in humans and animals is real. Animals also have same souls as humans. so there is a possibility that the dog may have reincarnated, may be the sex might differ but souls can take any form, human or animals or insect or anything.

Its all based on soul's further growth.
