google chromes URL bar search?

google chromes URL bar search?
when I type anything to search in the URL bar in google chrome it automatically takes me to an arabic version of google and I want that changed, I already tried going to options and then manage search engine but I guess Its either it didnt work or I dont know how, so I need someone to help please.
the preferences didnt work cuz my cookies aint working -.-

I would uninstall Google Chrome and re-download it. It really shouldn't be doing that.
