How come I can't log into certain accounts?

I can't log into my NCU (North Central University) account online or my Wells Fargo account. When I type in the username and password and upon hitting enter, it doesn't log me in. The username and password boxes go blank and I have to enter the info all over again. I am entering the correct information too. Both sites this happens but not when I log into Facebook or Yahoo. What is the issue and how can I fix it? Please no sarcastic remarks thank you. I appreciate your time.

Try a different browser. It is likely that it is your browser's settings that are the problem. Try for instance Mozilla Firefox, http://www.mozilla.com
