Downloading games onto pc?
I'm new to pc gaming, and when I was going to buy a game on amazon, there were options for buying it in disc form, or download code. How does purchasing the download code work? Does it just download straight to the computer? Thanks guys for the help!

If you buy it from a disk, the install information and software will come on the disk. On the box there may be an activation code. Make sure your computer has a disk drive before buying this. Downloading the games usually takes longer, and I recommend a strong internet connection. Sometimes this download will require other downloads such as the instillation of programs such as steam or orgin. Then your downloaded game will be activated and downloaded from those programs. It really just depends on your personal preference. I have done both. Buying the disk is usually cheaper by about 5 dollars. You will need the disk in the disk drive to play the game as well. Hope this helps!!
