How can I get around being banned from a site called dominating12.com?

Ok so is anyone here familiar with the risk server site called dominating12.com? I am banned from the site basically because first of all I missed too many turns in risk, and created 2 other accounts to get around it. So I think my account is blocked, but my other 2 not sure yet, I think its possible they could have blocked my IP address as well, but I have 2 IP addresses, so what can I do to get back on? Could I use my other IP and create a new account or what? Also can anyone hack dominating12.com for me maybe if your good and unbanned my account? My account is named westchester, and the admin that banned me is called Fendi. Any help would be appreciated, if you need my email its dannymcs09@gmail.com .
