why is my twitter sending spam tweets to people ?

soo i just logged in to my twitter and i saw a load of spam tweets sent from my account i dont know whats its about accidentally i clicked on something someone sent me and now its been spamming my account how do you stop this it sent ike 20 spam tweets today

There can be two reasons for your problems:

1. Have you signed up or authorized any third-party applications to access your Twitter page?
2. A twitter bug may also be the issue
3. Or, you have clicked on some spammy robot content in your inbox or notifications

Start my deleting the original spam tweet if you can locate and send a message to Twitter Support or help center at https://support.twitter.com/
