I need more information on starting to model?

I want to start modeling and learning more on how to model, I haven't really had any experience on it but I'm 17 and want to start now so I can be experienced for future reference. does anyone have any websites(that aren't fake) that I could visit and learn more about it?

You should try http://www.newfaces.com. It's an online modeling portfolio website where casting agents, agencies and photographers are there. They are the first in the business while others followed suit but are just unreliable. See their success stories and recently I knew of someone who is a member there that became a finalist for American Eagle Outfitters campaign. Hope that helps.
