yes if they have another instagram account that you don't know about ? just reset your privacy settings to block people from looking at your pictures which they can find you but can't look at your pictures or your friends

If you like someone's photo they'll be able to see it if u guys follow the same person but if they click on your page it won't work & they won't be able to send u a follower request. & no they can't search for u
