Does he like me or was I just a hook up?

Hi!! My friend group is pretty big so I've know of this guy and but we never really talked much (only hi's and bye's). At first, we went to a hang out at our friend's house and he was kind of teasing me as in everytime i would go up the stairs, he would pull me back down (not hurting me haha) and when he left, we hugged each other like intimately... The next week, anyways, at this party, I'm not too sure if he was intoxicated but many of my friends were saying he wasn't but he kept eyeing me and at the end we made out and then he asked me if i was going to our friend's house afterwards just to hang out. I said no because I had something the next morning, but the next morning he friended me on facebook. Then 3 days ago, our friends all went out and it seemed like he was really uninterested in talking to me and he was very reserved to himself... plus, he's always very quiet around me...he didn't talk much but i would describe his personality as shy but if you're really close to him then he would talk a lot....so was I just a hook up?? or do you guys think he likes me?? Thanks!!

Thing is that he isn't the kind of guy who would hook up with more than one girl, he hasnt had a gf since 8th grade and he's very genuinely nice so don't think of him as a player haha
He also seems like to have this expression of always being annoyed at what I do!!

He might just feel awkward, doesn't sound like it was a one time thing! He might not know how to talk to you in a casual way anymore. Perhaps he feels pressured to start and carry a conversation.

Honestly it sounds like just a hook up, I have had this done to me before I was wise to it. Guy I've seen around takes sudden interest, we hook up and he asks if I'm going somewhere else, I say no and then the interest is gone. He sounds like a nice guy but just don't get hurt by his hot then coldness.
