My laptop is no longer loading the internet correctly, how do I fix it?
Okay so a couple of days ago I was listening to music on youtube and something just... stopped working. I was about to go to work so I didn't pay much attention to it.
Basically what is happening now is I can load any page I want, no problem but when it comes to playing a video of any kind... not gonna happen. Sometimes it works, I get to watch like 20 seconds before the screen just goes black or doesn't load any more. So it does load a little bit. It's not the internet connection because my friends laptop works perfectly fine. It's not my wireless because I bought a wire and plugged it into the router. I've never had this problem before and it's really strange because it loads any and all pages fine, but the vids don't work. I don't think it's my video card either because it will load a little bit before then deciding, actually, no. Help? Ads |

It is probably that Flash Player is corrupt. Proceed as follows ...
1 Download the flash removal tool from here ... http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/u...ndows.html (see link about 1/3 down the page. 2 Run the removal tool. 3 Reboot the computer 4 Reinstall Flash Player from here ... http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ |

Its not your graphics card because it displays images. As Alan917 says it is most likely your flash player that is the problem. I suggest uninstalling it completely and reinstalling it. Try using a different browser like firefox and IE.
