Watching youtube on google chrome?

Whenever i click on a video on youtube while using google chrome, the right hand side of the window is weird... it like.. i don't how to explain it but it pushes the scroll bar to the left a little causing the buttons on the website to be misplaced.. if you know what i mean. did any of you have had the same problem? if so, please give suggestions and advice in order for me to fix it. thanks.

try to:
-> Update java and adobe flash player to latest version
-> reinstall google chrome
