Cannot Login to some Websites and Cannot Make Online Payments after resetting the Router.?

Just let me tell you that I am a layman and I dont understand anything about networking, IP addresses, etc.
In my office, i was using some wireless router. Few days before, it got fucked up and now the technician has installed some new router.
Since the new router has been installed, I am not able to log in some websites and make Online Mobile Recharges using debit card.
The online websites includes http://www.goal.com and many more.
I was making an online payment for mobile recharge, which was also not effecting.

The error message displayed by the browser is
" cannot find the server " like this.

Thank God at least Yahoo answer is working.
Anybody please help me......

Just call up the ISP and tell them about the problem. Don't use a dial-up network as far as possible.
