Justin Bieber is not following me on Twitter so I can't direct message him. The only way that I would be able to direct message him is if he were to follow me. You shouldn't have others get you noticed by celebrities. If you get noticed by a celebrity from someone else the moment isn't as special if they were to just notice you on their know while they kinda acknowledge your existence. Even though Justin Bieber notices his fans daily on Twitter it is not easy to get noticed. In order to get noticed you have to try and don't give up.
