She can't be a house"wife" if she's unmarried. Anyway, I'm not sure I even understand her point.

Somebody did not know the concept of the term 'House wife'. An unmarried house wife is called a 'ghetto mama'. Sounds like the money that she gets from the Government isn't enough to pay her bills and her crack dealer. So now she wants some sucker to just give her more money.
