Why can't i download any apps from Google play on my Chromebook?
when i press install it comes up with a message saying You haven't accessed the Google Play Store app (the white shopping bag icon) on your device with this email account, and i don't know what it means and what to do, so does anyone have any ideas or the same thing has happened to them and they know how to sort it out if so please answer Thanks

The Google Play Store, and the apps on it, are for Android phones. You can access it with a computer, but the "install" button is to install an app on your Android phone. The apps in the Play store will not install on a Chromebook.
To install some things on your Chromebook, use the Chrome Web Store (The app will already be installed on your Chromebook). |
