Instagram is saying this in the notifications and there are a lot of rumurs going around does anyone know if it is true that they will delete our accounts if we dont post that photo, WHAT IS HAPPENING?

Don't worry, your account is probably not in jeopardy. I'm having the same trouble with my news feed, as is everyone else. I saw pictures going around saying that the "Instagram Council" is making up for money loss by deleting accounts. There is no "Instagram Council", and Instagram is owned by Facebook so they're not at a loss of money. Someone(s) is jumping on the situation and trying to create panic. I'm sure that they'll have a fix for it in a couple of days.
