Home wifi isn't strong enough to load apps on my Samsung Galaxy s4?

Every other wifi I connect to is fine. But when I connect to my wifi at home none of my apps will load. For example: Facebook, snapchat, Instagram. As soon as I turn off the wifi and just stick with 4g all these apps work fine. But like the browser isn't slow and works fine it's just as if my wifi isn't strong enough for the apps. This does not happen when I'm on the wifi at my work or school tho. Every other device I own (ex my iPod touch, tablet, computers) don't have any problem. I called my internet provider and nothing is wrong. Any ideas?

The device you are using to create wifi at home must be faulty or unable to create good networks. i think your problem will be solved if you change the wifi router
