Is There A Website Where You Can Put Music On A Disk?

I love all these songs, but their never by the same people. Is there a site where I can do something with them and put them on a disk? I never bought the songs, and people say that you can put them on a CD only if your bought them from iTunes, because therefore you get permission by the artist since you bought the song. But I never use iTunes. So would it be illegal? I want a legal site and I want everything to be legal.

What would you want a site for? You can burn any music you've purchased from ANYWHERE on a CD or DVD. Who ever told you that you can't is full of crap. What you CAN'T do is sell or give these disks to someone else. They're to be used for your own personal use. It's perfectly legal also.
