Is taking a profile picture with you and a guitar "lame"?

I really need a new Facebook profile picture and I love playing the guitar.
I was wondering if you think that a profile picture like this could be considered "gay" or bad- for a boy, or a good profile picture?
Also, do you think it would be better to smile at the camera as well, or just pose like in this photo? Do you think a more straighten picture would be better?

Unless the guitar makes you money, no, don't take the picture with it for the exact reasons you explained.

What the hell does the guitar making hm money have to do with it Full? That's a ridiculous answer. Charlie, if being a guitarist is part of who you are then there is nothing wrong with using it. My FB profile pic is the same as my avatar here. My Custom Tele in a '67 Impala SS. I have also used pictures of me playing on stage, riding my Harley or racing motocross. These are all things that are a part of my life and that's what FB is all about.
