Why m.facebook.com doesn't work at all?

I posted the same question yesterday, and got stupid answers like "maybe phone is broken or internet doesn't work".

Then why every other website works?

Also it started to work again tonight, and this morning it doesn't work!

I use Opera Mini.

Oh, and other acces pages for fb work, like pc version or mobile version redirected from google ... which has somewhat different URL.
