Get it to rank in the search engines. This way takes the longest, but will provide free traffic for as long as it stays in the rankings. You need to build a lot of backlinks for this, with anchor text keywords.

Pay for traffic. Pay per click or pay per view. This costs money, but will provide instant results. Make sure you track your campaigns and keywords you're bidding on closely, and get rid of the ones that aren't making you money.

Free to advertise sites. Classifieds. Email solo ads, free and/or paid. Press releases, free and/or paid.

Build a blog, and start driving traffic to the blog, with anchor text keywords pointing to your site.
