Problems with phone connecting to wifi?

Hello! So the past 2 weeks my phone has been saying its "connected" to wifi but it any apps that needs internet doesn't work. All my computers and tablets in the house connect to the wifi, but my phone (Pre-paid Samsung Galaxy Appeal AT&T- owned for 9 months) isn't working!

It's frustrating because, for example, I can get on Instagram and scroll thru my feed and comment, but I can't post! Also, in the Google Play Store it says "Connection Timed Out." . Also when I go on the Internet, it says something like "establish a secure connection" or something...

I tried:
Restarting my phone
Soft Restart
Deleting apps then trying to re download (which was dumb because I cant get to Play Store)
Letting phone sit over night with battery out

My phone has no damage to it.

AND let me add, that everything works PERFECTLY connected to any other wifi connection..

Anything i can do?

It may be the wifi spot problem with your phone. Sop please check it with any near service center.
