Google Chrome password HELP?

So you Google Chrome people know that Google can prompt you to save passwords. But for some reason when I deleted my history (and the passwords) it prompted everything EXCEPT my email (Hotmail). I'm wondering why this is it. I did this a few times but it never prompted for my email. It prompted for Yahoo mail but not Hotmail. And I DID NOT click 'Never Save for this site'. I checked on the 'Never Save' list but it wasn't there. What in the world should I do. PLEASE HELP!
What do I do after I delete it?

Delete the user data folder of google chrome.

For XP goto
Windows drive>Documents and settings>account name>local settings>application data>google>chrome ...

Delete it
