How to upload a picture to damnlol properly?

I'm Trying to upload a picture on damnlol and when i've done everything and press "Submit" a White page comes up and in the adress bar it says "http://www.damnlol.com/upload.php" I don't know if i'm doing it right and when i check if it's uploaded i don't see it even when i go through the pictures on damnlol it's not there if someone knows if i'm doing it wrong please help. Thank you in beforehand!
And i know where to upload just not why it does not work!

Then try again...If it doesn't work use another browser... Google Chrome,Internet Explorer,Mozilla,

Use GOOGLE CHROME worked for me.
