Can I use Disques Comment System to make dofollow backlink for my website?

I want to make some quality back-link for my website. I want search engines to find my website via do-follow back-links. I see some website owner use different comment system in their website name "DISQUS". I just don't know, is it helpful to make do-follow back-links?
Please give me some detail on that issue "getting do-follow backlink". Does DISQUS help to get do-follow backlink? Do not answer only Yes or No. It is very confusing.

Unfortunately you can't. All links in Disqus comments are only no-follow. But they can bring you traffic.
