How can I get my college to advertise my service?

I have a service that I'm looking to offer to the students at the college I currently attend. Who on the college board do I speak to about advertising my service? Also, do you think it's possible for me to negotiate a financial term with them if in some way they make me compensate for their advertising services? Thanks.

Speak with the facilities manager or the admin manager and they should be able to help.
Also try your student union if you have one
