.ca domain is belong to Canada,

with that of course, you could use any domain you wish, but they will ask for your info when you buy a domain, which it won't match with your address, then they will either giving you a hard time or deny your purchase.

no restrictions, anyone can buy a .ca domain name, but they're mainly used in Canada. The only thing is if you had a .ca name and someone used a lookup service to see who owns it they might be a bit wary of it if it says it's registered somewhere other than Canada.

There are no legal restrictions to own domains that belong to another country.

So yes, Indians can own .ca domain

hii, it doesn't matter what's your domain name .com or any country specific and where are you from. Its just matter when you check website rank or keywords.its not too good at word wide level as compared to canada specific domain level.
.ca domain is a good choice if your site is specially for canada.

Not .ca you can buy domains of any country if that country has allowed public registration, most popular registrars like GoDaddy or Name.com have lot of domain options .ca all you need is a credit card or a paypal account.
