This guy knows ALL my stuff!!! my IP, passwords, Email, usernames, and he can EVEN OPEN WEBSITES ON MY COMPUTER BY USING MY IP! Now, he can get in my computer and he put something on there called "COM surrogate" its a big virus i guess, but he got into my Twitter, fb, and even msged people with me on fb aswell!!! And the worst part is HE DOESN'T EVEN LIVE IN THE SAME STATE!!! It's terrifying knowing that no one is safe! he is known to be: "Delila" and his twitter is : " https://twitter.com/DeLiLaCorp ". If anyone knows how to delete COM Surrogate PLEASE LET ME KNOW!!!!

COM Surrogate is a natural Windows process that deals with network connections.

Now, to solve the problem, install a trial of Avast! Antivirus and run a boot-time scan. This will remove any viruses, keyloggers, trojans, and otherwise undesireable malware on your PC.

In my view you should discuss your problem with any of tech support. You can search it from Google.

Disconnect the computer from the Internet, then reinstall your OS (BACKUP YOUR FILES), then change all your account passwords. You may need to recover your account from twitter, FB, if he changed the passwords already... Each site has it own system to confirm you are the real owner.

After that never install cracked programs or from dubious sources, also be very careful with anything you download including emails and thumb drives and hard drives.

Always use secure passwords, 1234 = insecure, onedirection = insecure, 2j.h3A/h = secure. Try 8 or more characters.

Always protect your wi-fi routers with WPA2, never wep.

Never use the same password for different sites, or at least make your email password unique.

Edit:
Bryce, I meant format and reinstall OS (NOT SYSTEM RESTORE), that way you'll be 100% sure there is no virus in your computer (use the original OS). After that be careful with anything you install (even with Skype, you should never accept files or click on links, oh and don't install bittorrent or similar). If you change your passwords from Twitter, FB and others he CAN'T find them again (USE SECURE PASSWORDS).

Also check you router's configuration, the firewall should be ON and the web interface protected with a password.
