I don't know the context in which that "Limited by budget" is appearing...

Typically when you setup a paid advertising campaign, it will include a daily spending limit in order to avoid racking up thousands of dollars of charges in one day with an improperly setup campaign. THat spending limit might be the Budget the message refers to.

i have the bing adds account , and i am running the camp too , i have the balance too in my account i just want to know why the accounts get limited by budget i just want to know the details i have balance too in my account , can any one help me daily i am facing the same problem
