What did this tweet mean?
I'm not familiar with the latest stuff on the internet but I saw a girl post something on twitter that said why is he so perfect and it had the smiley face with hearts in the eyes and the see no evil monkey. What did that mean exactly?

It means she thinks the boy is perfect, and the emoticons she posted is just a cute way to express or show that she thinks he is perfect.
