HELP! My Instagram doesn't let me log in, it says its disabled, yet I never broke any rules?

I was on my account and then it randomly logged me out. I tried to sign in again and it told me it was disabled, however I NEVER broke any of the rules! I even changed my password and it still doesn't work. I gave my friend my password and she logged in for me through her phone (iPhone 4s) and it worked, however it doesn't work for me! I have an iPhone 4 if it helps. PLEASE help, I REALLY don't want to make a new account, it took me along time to get all the followers I have. I'll give you a shoutout, promise.

Check try to login into your Instagram account through system PC.
As you said only you are unable to logged into through your phone then I don't think there might be any problem of account disabled.
Get the latest updated version of instagram on your iphone and then try.
