Question about hosting company?

I currently have lifeshield security at my house and had a question about there hosting company that they use for there website/remote login/access for cameras. The name of the hosting company is networksolutions and I have read some pretty bad things about this company. My real concern is how reliable are there servers. I constantly don't get texts that are suppose to be sent to my phone via the internet when there are any alarm events or when my system is armed/disarmed. Remote camera access most of the time is a joke it will say camera unavailable or freeze. Ihave charter 100mb service with a docsis 3.0 modem and charter has confirmed with me after 4 visit's that the problem is not on our end. Any light that could be shed on this matter would be great as I trust in this company to find reliable hosting to protect our families in case of such emergencies !!!

Network Solutions is not a great host, but if you go looking for problems with hosting companies you will find them. Pretty much all of them. People just don't get online and write about how pleased they are with a product unless they are selling that product.

Not getting texts from security is what I would call mission critical, it's incumbent on the security company to meet what they promised you, not hide behind one of their vendors. They are still liable for providing service.
