Keyboard Issues?

For the last 4 hours my computers keyboard has been acting strange.
Everytime I click on Ctrl it brings up my google chrome homepage, whether I'm in chrome already or not. Alt-Q was putting my computer on standby (but since has stopped) and I'm finding other buttons seem to be doing stuff like this as well (One button which I'm not sure of even shut down my computer).
I've scanned for viruses and nothings come up, I've done a system restore to try and fix it, I've cleaned my keyboard and tried using it on another computer (and the issue didn't happen).
I'm really stuck on what to do now...
Don't worry guys, it somehow fixed its self overnight so here's oping it doesn't happen again!

I Can't Tell you the exact Solution, But ya, My Keyboard also Behaves Strangly..
But i do, is to Unplug my Keyboard USB and Plug it Again and My Keyboards Becomes Normal.

I'll Suggest you to do the Same..
Just Plug out the USB and Plug it Again..
