how do you get heatless waves like this overnight? is there a youtube tutorial for these kind of waves? any products needed?

Plaits! Try plating your hair loosely when it is damp right before bed then sleep on it.. I do this every time I wash my hair to give it a natural curl/wave. Also try looking at the YouTuber 'bubzbeauty' as she has done multiple videos on how to achieve natural waves or curls. Just type in something like 'bubzbeauty heartless waves'. Hope this helps!

I think that might actually be her natural hair but you can try a braid out. Just wash your hair and then put on a moisturizer like Moroccan Argon oil or something (just a little) and then braid your hair with it wet. Also some other heatless hair methods:
