How can I get instagram video filters to apply to pictures as well?
I love the filters for videos on instagram but I'm wondering if it's possible to get them for pictures, I can tell they are different but would rather have them on my pictures! Help! (:

There is an app called Camera+ that would do it for you. Its free too!

I have to wonder why you just did not try applying those video "filters" to your instagram still images.

My guess is that the answer is probably no since video has from 24 to 30 frames that need filters for each second you shoot the video. Still images are a single image, thus are not as difficult to retouch or manipulate
