this site has the user based content, which is a part of large population, the user can be you or any one else, who might be a hacker... if you donot trust a person don't download it.

nope, unless you go to a blog and the content on the blog give you a virus.

there's things going around that there's a few blogs that apparently will report you to the fbi for something bad that you didn't do. that was ages ago though.
